Herston Private Hospital is conveniently located on Wren Street, Bowen Hills, and can be easily accessed via public transport, or by car from the Northern (Sunshine) and Southern (Gold) Coasts, City and Northern Suburbs.
Driving from Northern and Southern Coasts
Access to the medical facility is convenient to both the Northern (Sunshine) and Southern (Gold) Coasts. The M3 & the Inner-City Bypass allows patients from these areas direct access to Herston via O’Connell Terrace.
Patients and carers travelling to Herston Private Hospital from the South via the Clem7 should follow the signs to Lutwyche Road. There are two exits, and drivers should follow the ‘cross’ signs to the hospital.
Driving from the City and Northern Suburbs
Herston Private Hospital is easily accessed from Bowen Bridge Road for travellers from the city or the Northern Suburbs.
Public Transport
For patients and carers travelling via public transport, the site is being serviced by a bus way and bus stop at the Royal Brisbane Woman’s Hospital and the local train station at Bowen Hills. Parking
The main entrance to Herston Private Hospital is via the ground floor entrance into the patient lounge. The drop-off area for patients is located on level 4 of the car park above Herston Private Hospital. Levels 5-9 of the car park provide public car-parking spaces for families and carers.
