The newly established Herston Specialist Clinic is situated alongside Herston Private Hospital at 7 Wren Street, Bowen Hills, a central location close to other hospitals, train station, schools and other amenities.
Herston Specialist Clinic offers Psychiatry, Mental Health GP and Psychology services to support children, adolescents and adults with simple to complex mental health needs. We offer outpatient consultations for psychologically focused treatments, counselling and psychometric assessments (in support of diagnostics).
To see the Psychiatrist, Dr Daniel Wysoczanski, or the Mental Health GP, Dr Sonia Res, a referral will be required by a GP or Specialist.
A referral is not essential to see a Psychologist at Herston Specialist Clinic, however to obtain a Medicare rebate for psychological sessions, a Mental Health Care Plan and Referral will be required from a GP.
